Following the successful awarding of the SHA Residence Emirates Villas Project, this new venture will focus on the construction of state-of-the-art apartments in the luxurious Qaser Al Jurf community, Abu Dhabi.

We are excited to announce that ALFIRAS General Contracting has been awarded the prestigious Yas Riva project! This remarkable development on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, involves constructing 151 luxurious villas, along with essential infrastructure, a Canal Community Center, two gatehouses, and various ancillary buildings for our esteemed client, ALDAR.

Spanning a total build-up area of 132,198 square meters, our dedicated team is eager to bring this ambitious vision to life, ensuring quality and excellence at every step.
